As a Job Coaching and Business Manager at Agape Connecting People, you will play a vital role in coaching, guiding, counseling, and providing support to individuals enrolled in our training and job placement program. Your responsibilities will include:

- Responding to all inquiries regarding the training and job placement program.
- Contacting potential interns to assess their skill level, industry experience, and training needs to determine eligibility for the program.
- Liaising with employers to gather feedback and ensure successful employment placements.
- Collaborating with the Business Development team on expansion and growth initiatives.
- Raising awareness of Agape's training programs within organisations.
- Overseeing the initial onboarding of new learners into the training program.
- Conducting monthly appraisals with learners.
- Addressing grievances, feedback, setbacks, and issues in the best interest of all stakeholders.

Pay: $2,550.00 - $3,800.00 per month
