**Finance Executive (AP)**

1. Prepare fund transfer for USD selling to Western Union or DBS Bank thru DBS ideal

2. Prepare letter of instruction for USD selling to SCB/OCBC Bank

3. Update daily bank book transaction

4. Prepare journal for account closing

5. Update audit schedule after completed account closing

6. Prepare purchase order in XERO

7. Input purchase invoices received from supplier into XERO

8. Input payment voucher (without invoices) into XERO

9. Prepare monthly payment to supplier by cheque payment

10. Prepare inter-bank payment in DBS ideal

11. Prepare giro for DL basic and overtime payroll in DBS ideal

12. Perform monthly cash count

13. Prepare fund transfer for sales commission, import purchase, export claim thru DBS ideal

14. Matching NEA, LHT, LiRich and Sembwaste disposal weight (RMS) with Contractor detail report

15. Matching walkie talkie usage with Singtel monthly billing

16. Prepare quarterly input tax listing to Finance Manager submission

17. Update weekly USD exchange rate to XERO, bank book weeksheet

18. Update monthly giro deduction into bank book

**Job Requirements**

1.Minimum a Certificate in Accounting or Finance.

2. 2years of experience in relevant field.

3.Meticulous and Organized

4.Good communication and interpersonal skills

5.Teamwork and cooperation
