Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager-ASIA, this position will be responsible for ensuring the administrative and procedural requirements for SEA, Taiwan, Korean and Japan customers’ orders of Glanbia Performance Nutrition (GPN) products managing the fulfilment of all sales daily. You will work closely with internal stakeholders such as the commercial team, customers across Asia and the US Supply Chain team executing customer orders and managing these orders through to completion from US supply site till destination country ports. This position will also be responsible for order to cash cycle, maintaining order form, managing order processing and shipping documents. This position will also handle all customers’ enquiries, requests and claims.

This position will contribute to the achievements of sales growth, profits, and market share through the sales of products whilst providing prompt responsive levels of customer service.

**The opportunity where you will make an impact**:
**Outbound Order Management**: Creates sales orders in SAP upon receipt of Customer Purchase Orders. Manage order processing and shipping together with US customer service teams within the lead time and service level agreements (SLAs). Ensure shipping documents accuracy prior to submission to the customers by collaborating with US teams as well as Finance teams (pricing, promos, campaigns etc.) Ensure order processed, confirmed, and dispatched from US distribution centre on time. Responsible for the Master Data maintenance of customer profiles. Responsible for shipment booking with forwarders. Ensure timely receipt of payment according to the payment terms prior to dispatching of orders.

**Customer Service**: Answering of queries coming through from Distributors. Handling complaints through proper channels and in direct contact with US Quality team on resolution. Backordering governance.

**Forecast and Demand Management**: Responsible forecasting analysis a well as timely uploading into JDA system monthly according to fiscal calendar cut off dates. Engaged in monthly connects with Commercial Leads on S&OP calls on the forecasting analysis; ensuring that forecast accuracy levels are maintained.

**Inventory Management**: Responsible in obtaining the sell out information from customers on monthly basis as part of forecast analytical work and ensuring adequate inventory levels maintained at customer’s end (ideally 3 months’ worth of inventory holding). Collaborate closely with US team on production MOQ and ensure that any MOQ risk from unique materials is communicated upfront to customer ahead of order placements to prevent write off situations.

**NPI (New Product Introduction)**: Represent the Supply Chain team in the NPI calls for any new launches. Ensure that new launches are launched timely as per timelines. Call out any risks (MOQs, production lead times, shipping lead times etc.) Ensure timely pricing and shipping lanes set up in the system ahead of any receipt of orders.

**Others**: Support the Supply Chain Manager on any improvement opportunities as and when requested. Update of SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) to reflect the latest Working Instructions.

**What you will bring to GPN**: Minimum 3-4 years in a relevant position handling Supply Chain Operations. Strong interpersonal skills required for interfacing with both internal and external customers or teams. Experience in Change Management and lean Environment. High ability to adapt to a start-up environment. Willing to learn attitude. Strong with Excel, SAP, and JDA.
