**Responsibilities**:
As a Communications Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our organization's communications across various platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- **Effective Communication**: You are a dynamic self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will engage with both internal and external stakeholders to draft responses to MP letters and customer feedback, ensuring clear and concise communication.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Evaluate requests from internal and external stakeholders and manage walk-in customers when needed. Collaborate on the creation and review of external communication materials for both internal and external audiences.
- **Media Relations**: Take charge of media events, daily media monitoring and analysis, media pitching, forum replies, and handling media queries. Be ready to respond effectively during crisis communications.
- **Content Creation**: Provide editorial support for publicity collaterals, corporate materials, advertisements, and assist in content creation for the corporate website. Support marketing campaigns and measure campaign performance where necessary.
- **Reporting**: Assist in consolidating monthly departmental returns for reporting purposes and perform other assigned duties as required.

**Requirements**:
To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

- A bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of five years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal, written communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Service-oriented mindset and the ability to manage challenging customers.
- Exceptional writing skills for creating content across multiple platforms.
- A team player who is resourceful, meticulous, and capable of multitasking.
- Established relations with journalists will be advantageous.
- Knowledge of performance marketing and software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc., will be beneficial but not mandatory.
