We are looking for an experienced Officer to join our Community Partnerships team.

Based in Singapore & reporting to the Manager, the incumbent will assist the Community Partnerships team in the operations and administration of sponsorship requests, in-kind gifts inventory, invoicing and other CP-related projects or activities as assigned.

**What You’ll Do**
- You will administrate and manage the Access Apps sponsorship management system.
- You will follow-through end to end and manage sponsorship entitlements, logístical arrangement for merchandise and event invitations to internal stakeholders.
- You will prepare periodic sponsorship reports & events/functions attendance schedule for senior management.
- You will assess the current range of corporate gifts for corporate marketing sponsorships, research on new corporate gift ideas, source and liaise with vendors to procure new corporate gifts, adhering to the procurement process, keep stock inventory of corporate gift items in store and at HQ and adhering to the procurement process.
- You will support the events preparation and logistics of Community Partnerships’ projects/events, as and when assigned.
- You will support the raising of Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders & the processing of invoices
- You will perform housekeeping of sponsorship database & other duties.

**Who You Are**
- You should be a Diploma holder, with 3 years of working experience in community relations/partnerships, CSR/volunteerism, stakeholder engagement or related field (i.e. event management, sponsorship).
- Knowledge and experience of the volunteerism landscape would be ideal.
- You should have good verbal & written communications skills.
- You should have excellent people and interpersonal skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.
- You should have strong administrative and event management skills, with a keen eye for details and follow through end-to-end.
- You should have good analytical skills, with initiative and self-motivation to function independently.
- You should be resourceful in problem-solving and resilient in overcoming challenges.
- You should be an excellent team player.
