Airfreight Customer Service Executive

Singapore Air Planners (S) Pte Ltd Full time

You will be part of the team in charge of planning the linehaul of our shipment, monitoring the movement to ensure smooth delivery, as well as developing new routes for any new business projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in coordination and planning of linehaul for shipment and close monitoring of movement of the shipment.
- Liaise with overseas hubs to ensure shipment is smoothly delivered to final destination.
- Liaise with airlines and vendors on pricing and service level agreement.
- Do invoice checking and sales report.
- Provide support to new projects and business activities.
- Any other tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of working experience in airfreight and related field.
- Possess at least Professional Certificate/Nitec, preferably in Logistic/Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel and Access.
- Meticulous and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Willing to work weekends and travel overseas.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $3,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
