**About the job
Our team in Singapore is looking for a HR Manager to handle the daily HR operations for Kalera Singapore Pte. Ltd. We will rely on your flexibility and foresight to ensure that our local team is taken care of, and company goals and objectives are accomplished. You'll work very closely with the local team and our international HR departments. _It is your passion to solve problems pro-actively, you have excellent communication skills, and you are very detail oriented? _Become a part of the world's first global indoor vertical farming company

Please note that we are offering this position on a part-time basis.

**What you'll do**
- Handle the full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to all aspects of recruitment, employee development, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits and other administrative duties
- Be abreast with the latest recruitment channels and strategies to improve the hiring success rate, embedding best practices within the team and expanding the sourcing channels in use
- Partner closely with the operations function to understand their requirements, recruitment, and training needs.
- Initiate activities and events to ensure that the corporate culture and values are lived
- Lead Talent Management, Succession Planning, and Employee Engagement
- Manage monthly payroll processing and official documentations
- Provide support in formulating and enhancing HR policies, Compensation & Benefit administration, and ongoing improvement of all HR processes
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing concerns, grievances, disciplinary problems, etc.
- Ensure local legal compliance throughout human resources management
- Identify eligible manpower grants and manage HR budgets

**What you'll need**
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience within HR and a passion for Talent Management
- Knowledge of local employment regulations and experience in working with Singaporean government agencies, e.g., MOM
- A pro-active mindset, flexibility, and an eye for details in a fast paced, quickly changing international environment
- Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of HR systems (e.g., Careers Future, ADP, Personio) and good MS Office skills
- Be a strong advocate of DE&I (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion)
- Strong written and spoken English skills
