- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5.40 pm
- Salary Package**:Up to $3,500 + Bonus**:
- Duration: Permanent
**Key Responsibilities**
- To provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support and product demonstration as and when necessary.
- To participate in webinars, training sessions, and demos for customers;
- To prepare relevant documentation for customers related to their industry.
- To provide advice and support to the sales team on the selection of suitable products, technical assistance, and product strategies.
- Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

- At least Diploma, preferably in Digital & Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Aerospace Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline.
- Knowledge of 3D modeling and/or CAD software (3D Systems, Autodesk, Rhino, ZBrush, Blender, etc.).
- Experience with 3D scanning and/or 3D printing would be advantageous.
- Possess Class 3 license.
- Willing to travel locally or oversea within short notice, e.g., Training, Trade shows, etc.
