**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead end-to-end project management of the SAP ECC to S/4HANA upgrade.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with SAP consultants, internal IT teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and align goals.
- Ensure compliance with change management, data migration, and testing protocols (e.g., SIT, UAT, Cutover).
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather business input and communicate project updates.
- Monitor project KPIs and ensure alignment with project scope, quality, time, and budget.
- Manage third-party vendors, external partners, and system integrators involved in the migration.
- Prepare and present executive reports to senior leadership on project status and progress.
- Oversee user training, go-live support, and hypercare period activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, or related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
- Minimum **8-10 years of SAP project management experience**, with **at least 2 projects involving ECC to S/4HANA migration**.
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, etc.) and SAP Activate methodology.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and large-scale enterprise programs.
- Experience with data migration tools (e.g., LSMW, LTMC), testing tools, and SAP Solution Manager.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
