**Key Responsibilities**:
**Risk Management & Controls**:

- Develop a strong understanding of the bank's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
- Collaborate with Risk and Compliance to identify, assess, and resolve risks, issues, and control gaps promptly.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure control tests (CST/KCI) are relevant, timely, and well-documented.
- Analyze root causes for exceptions and implement action plans to prevent recurrence.
- Prepare accurate risk reports and contribute to risk forums.

**Incident & Complaint Management**:

- Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and develop action plans to mitigate future risks.
- Assess residual risks, document incidents, and ensure accurate and timely reporting.Conduct trend analysis on operational losses, incidents, and regulatory breaches to address recurring issues.
- **Audit & Regulatory Inspections**:

- Oversee audits and inspections to ensure factual observations and effective action plans.
- Monitor and validate remediation progress for audit findings and ensure root causes are addressed.Review audit findings and ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
- **Risk Governance Initiatives**:

- Drive risk awareness programs and governance initiatives within the business unit.
- Support account reconciliation migration activities and regulatory resolution planning.Enhance staff awareness of risk management and strengthen the overall risk culture.
- **Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of experience, preferably in Big 4 audit or IT audit.
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) qualification is preferred.
- In-depth understanding of banking operations, technology, regulatory frameworks, and retail banking products, especially digital processes.
- Good understanding of technology, system design, and development concepts.
- Passion for streamlining processes and driving continuous improvement.
