**INTERN, IT INFRASTRUCTURE**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Daily maintenance and operational support to ensure agreed service level of infrastructure / security appliances / facilities that support corporate information systems and end-user business functions:
- First level support
- Escalation to vendor support and follow up actions.
- Change on information systems are properly controlled.
- Ensure existing infrastructure / security appliances / facilities are properly patched / upgraded timely to minimize security risk.
- Implement and test new infrastructure / security appliances / facilities ensuring that they are properly executed on time and within budget.
- Maintain system documentation.
**Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing a Degree/Diploma in Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Engineering, or equivalent qualifications.
- Relevant experience will be advantageous.
- Working knowledge of supporting diverse and varied environments with a particular focus on PC and Server hardware, Microsoft Operating Systems, and TCPIP networks.
- Experience with Cloud Technology, Azure, AWS or GCP and Microsoft 365 platform will be advantageous.
- Knowledge on Cyber Security.
- Experienced with system administration in a client-server environment and LAN technology would be advantageous.
- Competent in working with MS Windows services, registry and remote access technology.
