**Key job responsibilities**
- Build a strong operational framework to execute our Business Development and Sales activities.
- Drive sales cadence interlocks, understand the pipeline, manage the reporting and forecast across geographical areas and segments.
- Drive GTM Sales Plays across areas and segments.
- Build and evolve performance dashboards and performance insights, support business planning and review cycles.
- Provide programmatic support to the field teams through an understanding of MAP to guide BDMs/sales teams on the program terms and opportunities, support approvals for complex/non-standard requests.
- Review and approve credit investment requests. Support our sales teams in taking deals through the deal approval processes. Issuing terms to our customers via our contracts systems and performing win validation.

**About you**
- 4-7 years of working experience in sales/BD, sales strategy/operations, or program management.
- Knowledge of existing and developing technologies and cloud computing.
- Experience in building mechanisms in Sales Management and an understanding of the technology sales cycle.
- Deep experience in using Salesforce and other tools and systems in Sales Management.
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills - ability to work in a team and cross-functionally, build trusted relationships and manage multiple stakeholders across the organisation.
- Highly organised and able to multi-task competing stakeholder requests.
- Strong analytical and competent mental model approach towards issue resolution.
- Independent and comfortable with navigating ambiguity.
- Can-do spirt with a strong sense of ownership to execute end-to-end initiatives.
