As our interactive 3d artist, you will:

- Create assets such as models, textures, and rigs for real-time and visual experiences
- Develop 3D assets, textures, simple rigs, and animations using software such as Blender, Substance Painter, and others
- Assist with the import, export, and setup of assets and scenes in interactive platforms such as Unity, Unreal Engine, SparkAR, PlayCanvas, and more
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent and high-quality assets and visuals
- Liaise with Producers to manage and follow up on client requirements and changes
- Maintain optimised and high-quality assets for real-time rendering performance
- Assist senior artists as needed
- Troubleshoot asset problems in 3D software or interactive platforms
- Problem-solve and seek solutions
- Assist in research and developmentAssist in experimentation and testing with various software and workflows

Here’s what you will need to have:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills (English a must, proficiency in any additional languages is a bonus)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify simple and effective solutions
- Great time management and multitasking ability, within reason
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Responsible and proactive, willingness to learn about the motion graphics/animation/VFX pipeline.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
