Roles & Responsibilities CraveFX is looking for an Interactive 3D Artist to be a part of our large team of 50 close-knit artists Think you might be a good fit? As part of our team, you will enjoy: A pet-friendly environment - bring your little one to work with you Working on a diverse range of projects across the private and public sectors Up-to-date technology and techniques for both production and productivity An environment that encourages self-improvement and values your voice A vibrant and fun studio culture (with vibrant and fun people) As our interactive 3d artist, you will: Create assets such as models, textures, and rigs for real-time and visual experiences Develop 3D assets, textures, simple rigs, and animations using software such as Blender, Substance Painter, and others Assist with the import, export, and setup of assets and scenes in interactive platforms such as Unity, Unreal Engine, SparkAR, PlayCanvas, and more Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent and high-quality assets and visuals Liaise with Producers to manage and follow up on client requirements and changes Maintain optimised and high-quality assets for real-time rendering performance Assist senior artists as needed Troubleshoot asset problems in 3D software or interactive platforms Problem-solve and seek solutions Assist in research and development Assist in experimentation and testing with various software and workflows Here’s what you will need to have: Excellent oral and written communication skills (English a must, proficiency in any additional languages is a bonus) Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify simple and effective solutions Great time management and multitasking ability, within reason Ability to work independently and as a team Excellent time management and multitasking skills Responsible and proactive, willingness to learn about the motion graphics/animation/VFX pipeline.
