Leading a team of GA Coordinators and/or Specialists to provide direct support to High Value Partners and Strategic (enterprise) on queries ranging from operational to the commercial projects that impact the performance of the partner. Influence the internal teams to deliver a customized solution for the Partner and identify opportunities to leverage these changes across the chain globally.

As team lead, advocate internally for process improvement, tooling and solutions for the team to adequately service our partners which have both a regional and global impact.
- People Manager activities for Specialists and Coordinators(including recruitment, capacity management, performance management, setting internal targets, training, appraisals and coaching of the team) while creating and supporting a safe environment oriented to open communication, creative thinking, cohesive team effort and trust
- In collaboration with KAM, translate incoming needs of HVPs ito of commercial or operational requests into solutions to be implemented regional or globally for partners
- Continuous consultation, advocating, influencing and creating alignment with various internal teams to resolve HVP queries and deliver the above solutions to partners e.g. new reporting or tooling
- Extended knowledge of topics impacting partner operational or commercial activities in order to provide accurate and sustainable solutions tailored to HVP’s need or be scalable when applicable
- Continuous solution deployment for identified trends across Strategic Partners and other HVPs to create a level standardization where possible
- Create, steer and update SOPs and relevant documentation to reach optimum efficiency for all changes made
- Introduce/manage update the internal communication channels by understanding external opportunities /deployment and communication of changes to all affected offices
- Initiate, manage or support projects that contribute to the achievements of team goals and customer needs in line with the internal strategy for the global accounts department
- Manage escalations and take ownership of situations to ensure speedy resolutions and effective communication to all stakeholders
- Regional specific responsibilities shared with you by line manager

**Requirements of special knowledge/skills**
- Expertise in people management
- 6 years of relevant experience
- Expertise in senior stakeholder management
- Independence in change and project management for commercial and operational cross-departmental initiatives
- Advanced travel industry knowledge
- Good understanding of internal technical/systems processes as well as partner systems and processes
- Good data analytics to drive commercial thinking
- Expert in problem solving and agility ito the complexity linked to HVPs
