**About the role**

Join the team at ComfortDelGro Bus Pte Ltd, a leading provider of public transport services, as an IT & Resource Planning Manager. In this full-time role based in the North-East Region, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the efficient and effective management of the company's IT systems and resources.

**Key Responsibilities:
**Budget management**:Monitor and report on the impact of tech initiatives, cost-benefit analysis across tools and processes.

**Strategic Planning and Execution**:Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary.

**Stakeholder Management**:Serve as the primary IT liaison between clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication to ensure alignment and address any issues promptly.

**Resource Management**:Allocate resources efficiently to meet project goals. This includes coordinating with ODC, cross function teammates and project schedules. Mobilization for commercial/event contracts.

**Process Facilitation and Documentation**:Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and performance.

**Change Management and User Adoption**:Develop and implement strategies to enhance user engagement and proficiency. Provide ongoing support to users to facilitate successful utilization of the system.

**Continuous Improvement**:Identify opportunities for process improvement. Implement best practices to enhance cost efficiency and effectiveness. Offering insights and recommendations for further improvements based on feedback and observed outcomes.

**Data Processing and Output**: Use excel to manipulate and analyse data and generate meaningful information.

**What we're looking for
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.

**Project Management**:Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Communication**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.

**Problem-Solving**:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to think critically and make informed decisions.

**Leadership**:Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to motivate and guide teams toward achieving project goals.
