Responsibilities:
- Handling of MOM work passes and contracts.
- Manage foreign workers matters.
- Responsible for supporting full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, exit, benefits administration, and compensation, updating, and maintaining confidential information in HR Information system
- Responsible for recruitment activities such as job posting, sourcing, arranging interviews, job offers.
- Ensure the HR practices are in compliance with statutory requirements.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems and procedures across the organization.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters
Requirements:
- Diploma or 'A' Levels
- 1 to 2 years of working experience in HR recruitment related
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to learn attitude.
