**GLOBAL HRIT SPECIALIST - RECRUITMENT**:
Our team in **Singapore** currently has an opening for a **Global HRIT Specialist - Recruitment**

**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Map HR Recruitment processes in HR IT and identify optimization potential for process owners
- Lead and execute Workday implementation and serve as Workday Superuser for Recruitment
- Provide stakeholders on corporate level with expert knowledge on HR IT matters in relation to Recruitment
- Support the development of data driven analytics for stakeholders and use data to drive continuous excellence
- Support data integration process in relation to Recruitment

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or other-related industry experience.5-8 years of professional experience in a global organization, supporting HR IT systems either during an implementation or as ongoing operations.
- Experience in Workday or system design in Recruitment will be advantage.
- Strategic thinker who is business-centric and customer-focused; Demonstrate the ability to translate businesses requirements into technology solution
- Clear thinker who can piece together system and data flows (downstream, midstream, and upstream) and to identify business/user impacts, data flow, and process flow.Also, to mitigate risks
- Ability to work with senior level management, business units and corporate staff executives to develop a technology strategy that is integrated with IT and across all business units
- Experience in process analysis and development of technical concepts, configuration and implementation in the area of HR IT system
- Strong understanding of each business unit to include their business drivers for success, processes and approaches to business models.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Strong operation and execution track-records (say-do)
- Self-starter, proactive, and collaborative
