HRit Analyst

**Main Accountabilities**:
The HRIT Analyst will report to the HRIT Application Manager and will be part of the tier 1 / 2 HRIT support team and will provide consultation to customers on the Workday platform and other global HR systems.
- Assist in supporting the Workday HRIS platform as the first line contact in ServiceNow
- Troubleshooting system issues and errors that occur for different Workday Modules
- Take action on requests within Workday including but not limited to: worker changes, role assignment, organization changes, process workflows, complete EIB data loads and test new Workday enhancements
- Document new processes and/or update missing steps in process documents

**Qualification and Experience Requirements**:

- 3 to 5 years’ experience in HRIS support and administration (Preference in Workday)
- Strong communication, customer focus and creative problem solving skills
- Ability to express complex technical concepts into easily understood terms
- Business acumen and collaboration skills are required, as well as being able to operate in a dynamic environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Mandarin oral and written communication skills preferred
