Key Responsibilities
Project Tracking
Fully responsible to ensure project status are updated accurately and completely. This would include monitor and track project financials, project schedule, project risk, project issues, project dependencies and project resource management.
Fully responsible to manage Project Financial such as memo review and approvals, financial planning and forecasting for notation/ ITC approvals.
Fully responsible to ensure governance and process assurance quality gates are met timely and completely.
Assist to prepare and record PWC meeting minutes, there after follow-up on PSC and PWC action items to closure
Prepare PSC deck under the guidance of project and program manager, follow-up on PSC action items to closure
Manage project sharepoint/ shared folder to ensure project artefacts are recorded accordingly.
Project Day to Day Administration
Assist in memo writing, submission and tracking
Manage invoices, payments, time sheeting
Actively participate in new resource on boarding
Key Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/ Banking/ Finance
Minimum 5 years’ Project Admins/ PMO experience, preferably in financial industry
Excellent working knowledge of MS Word, Excel (formulas, macros), PowerPoint, MS Project
Excellent skills in documenting project meeting minutes
Fast learner with inquisitive mind and structure process in task execution
Strong organisational and analytical skills, is meticulous with details yet able to see the big picture.
Highly-motivated self-starter and strong team player and able to work with a high degree of autonomy.
Excellent communication skills and able to communicate well with various stakeholders.
Good attitude and able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality with the information handled during course of work.
Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure
