**Highlights**:

- Location: Town

**The Challenges**:

- In charge of all Accounts Receivable matters (AR)
- Process invoices and payments posting in accounting system.
- Perform month end closing and GST submission.
- Prepare financial statements.
- Perform AR reconciliations and follow up on discrepancies.
- Submit of e-claims through the Mediclaim portal in accordance to the Medisave Regulations
- Update the Medisave summary file on the submission and status of claims
- Issue of final bill or cheque refund to relevant parties
- File and organize all related documents, ensure accuracy and done in a timely manner
- Maintain prompt communication with both internal and external parties
- Provide the required support with the objective of providing quality claim service experience
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

**What it Takes**:

- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- Experience in medical / healthcare industry will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in MYOB accounting system
- Bilingual in English and Chinese as this role requires frequent liaising with clients and colleagues from Chinese-speaking states.
- Able to work in fast-paced environment with high work volume.
