Lead the Payroll and Benefits teams within HR Shared Services.
- Collaborate closely with external vendors and banks to oversee the entire payroll processing cycle etc.
- Monitor the performance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the outsourced vendors.

You will lead the Payroll and Benefits teams within HR Shared Services and involve working closely with outsourced vendors to ensure both regulatory compliance and the delivery of excellent services.
- Review and authorize monthly payroll and benefits details encompassing all aspects of payroll, leave, and benefits operations, which includes conducting variance analysis and generating payroll reports.
- Collaborate closely with external vendors and banks to oversee the entire payroll processing cycle, manage employee insurance claims processing, and administer share plans.
- Monitor the performance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the outsourced vendors, ensuring that service level metrics are met, and develop solutions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to prevent recurring issues and service failures.
- Establish effective controls to monitor and ensure compliance with regulations, as well as accurate and timely payments.
- Handle internal and external audits related to payroll, benefits, and share plans, providing explanations and inputs that minimize audit risks.
- Foster engagement and motivation within the teams to excel in service delivery through knowledge sharing, obtaining feedback for improvement, and continuously reviewing and streamlining processes through innovative approaches to enhance efficiency and add value to the company.
- Develop the potential of staff members by providing coaching and planning for their individual development needs.

**Requirements**:

- Minimal possess of bachelor's degree in HRM or a related field.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in payroll and benefits with 3 years of experience in managing a team, preferably in an outsourced services or shared services environment.
- Demonstrated strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
- Highly skilled in numerical analysis and possess excellent attention to detail.
- Experienced in utilizing continuous improvement methodologies to identify strategies for improvement and innovation.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with the Workday system would be advantageous.
