**Responsibilities**:

- Determine the houseowner’s goals and requirements of the renovation project.
- Consider how the space will be used and how people will move through the space.
- Prepare presentation proposal/quotation/contract via system or software.
- Create a timeline for the renovation project and tabulate profitable project earning against project cost.
- Liaise with sub-con/supplier for material(s) order and work(s) arrangement.
- Visit project site to ensure the progress in good condition.
- Fulfill the necessary processes to ensure the complete handover to houseowner before submission of close project.
- Assist Team Director in ad-hoc duties.

**Requirements**:

- No prior experience in Interior Design needed. Training will be provided.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be positive and motivated.
- Must be sales oriented.
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin will be added-on advantage.

**Salary**: $3,800.00 - $5,600.00 per month
