HR Administrator

Support the day-to-day HR & office operations to provide effective and efficient delivery of services to support the organisation, aligned to ABL policies
- Prepare and process payroll and other associated statutory contributions including CPF submissions, NS pay and payroll journal in a timely manner
- Prepare submission of annual employment income tax and tax clearance for foreign employees
- Prepare and submit MOM and other government HR-related surveys in a timely manner
- Support in the full spectrum of HR activities including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfer, promotion, staff performance appraisals, off-boarding
- Support in the preparation of all employment contracts, job descriptions, staff confirmation, salary increment, promotion letters etc.
- Support in the update and management of staff personnel records and complying with statutory reporting and filing requirements
- Support in the management of annual leave records, including childcare leave and maternity/paternity leave claims and other government claims
- Support in the administration of office, group hospital and surgical and WICA insurance policies including enrolment of staff into group and local insurances and claim processes
- Administer staff benefits claims
- Support all HR related employee-relations matters including answering queries related to HR administered policies
- To coordinate and work across departments where required, to ensure duties and responsibilities are carried out
- Any other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in human resource/business administration/business studies or equivalent
- With at least 2 years of hands-on experience in payroll processing, HR operations and administration
- Good knowledge of Singapore's employment legislation and statutory regulations
- Previous experience in Sage payroll system will be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, as well as comfort level in working effectively with people at various organisational levels.
