**Objectives of this role**:

- Developing new tech solutions according to requirements.
- Deployment of solution
- Engage with customers and make sure they understand the solutions provided
- Technical support

**Your responsibilities**:
Seamless Device Integration: Test and onboard partner devices onto the IoT platform, ensuring smooth backend integration with APIs and protocols, and verify frontend compatibility for a seamless user experience.
- Data Flow and Visualization: Develop and integrate backend data pipelines to deliver processed data to frontend visualization endpoints, ensuring real-time, user-friendly dashboards and analytics for customers.
- Platform Reliability and Maintenance: Conduct backend testing, database optimization, and frontend validation to maintain high platform performance, scalability, and uptime.
- End-to-End Solution Analysis: Analyze solution requirements, feature requests, and reported defects, addressing both backend processing logic and frontend user interface enhancements to deliver reliable, customer-focused solutions.
- Research and Development: Design, test, and document end-to-end IoT solutions by integrating backend systems, APIs, and devices with intuitive frontend interfaces for efficient user interaction.
- Backend to Frontend Optimization: Continuously enhance platform performance by improving backend workflows, optimizing data delivery, and refining frontend interfaces to ensure responsiveness and usability.

Customer-Centric Support: Collaborate with commercial teams, leveraging both backend expertise and frontend knowledge, to provide technical insights during customer discussions, ensuring the platform meets both technical and business needs

**Required skills and qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product engineering or a related role.
- Knowledge of product development processes, including ideation, design and testing.
- Experience with PCB design and firmware writing.
- Experience with Lorawan / Sigfox products
- Strong attention to detail with a creative eye for solving complex problems.

**Preferred skills and qualifications**:

- Advanced degree or certificates in engineering or a related field.
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements for product development.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with other teams to explain product designs.
- Passion for innovation and creating new products that solve real-world problems.
