**CFM Coordinator - Your future position?**

Location: Singapore - Pioneer

Reports to: Category Director - Personal Care

**In this exciting role, you will be responsible for**:
**Evaluation (requests and set-up)**
- Key-in registered oil and illustration samples request in IBIS for CFMs or Sales Teams (e.g. evaluation samples, CMI studies -CLT / HUT-, stability and sensory tests)
- Trace oils orders through LCMS
- Raise Paloma requests
- Key-in wash test request in IBIS & Google Calendar for FC / Evaluation preparation for big screenings and client meetings for PC.
- Evaluation session management. (including hair salon operation for PC)
- Communication and interface with Perfumers, Application, Creation, Sampling Labs and Sales
- Prepare promo kits: ordering of samples, print of labels, box decorations and shipment to Givaudan affiliates
- Prepare specific labels for submissions, workshops or promo kits
- Support evaluation performance assessment on swatches/skin or cabins atdifferent stages for PC
- Regular collection of illustration from Application Lab for the CFMs.

**Project Admin**
- Prepare invoices and shipments for dispatch to Givaudan affiliates or clients
- Receive shipment from Givaudan affiliates

**Market Products and Sampling**
- Request market samples
- Receive/clean samples and market products sent to category teams
- Clean-up and maintenance of Fragranceland (together with CFMs)
- Decanting of market samples for internal use and client dispatch

**Other responsibilities**
- Ad-hoc support to Perfumers
- Ad-hoc support when a backup for other Assistants while on leave
- Ad-hoc support P&G China/Japan projects

**Your professional profile includes**:

- Diploma /Bachelor's DegreeinPharmaceutical, Science, Polytechnic, Business or related field
- With1-2 years of working experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Hold a passion for the fragrance industry
- Good team player and able to work with various groups of people
