Sales Enablement Manager

**Position Summary**:
We're seeking a **Senior Manager**with deep expertise in lead-to-order sales process design and CRM enablement to drive client success across complex, global engagements.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead client engagements from pursuit through delivery across all project phases
- Execute intensive data analysis to develop and implement high-impact recommendations
- Drive practice development initiatives and organizational growth
- Mentor assigned professionals and manage project administrative functions
**Required Experience**
- 10+ years in professional services consulting
- Designed and led full lead-to-order sales processes for 2+ multinational companies with complex product portfolios
- Defined sales lead, opportunity, and account management processes for global organizations
- Led sales process design and training on major CRM platforms (Salesforce, Oracle, MS Dynamics) using Jira
- Participated in developer sprint sessions ensuring quality, completeness, and design fidelity

- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects of varying scope and duration
**Education & Travel**
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- Available for up to 50% travel
