Zuhlke Asia is in an exciting phase of growth. Having seen 50 years of success in Europe, Zuhlke has brought its top-of-the-line offerings across continents to its Singapore and Hong Kong offices. Following the opening of a new site in Portugal late last year, Zuhlke has taken the next step of its expansion into the Asian market by opening our new office in Ho Chi Minh City, bringing its network up to 17 sites in 10 countries.

We are looking for a dedicated personality to join our People & Culture team as our Global Talent and Performance Management Lead, reporting into the Group Head Learning & Development. You will be a key player in pioneering innovative, group-wide performance and talent practices that shape our company culture and form pivotal enablers of our transformation and growth journey. In close partnership with our Group Head Learning & Development you will continue to build up and establish a strong global Talent and Development practice across Zuhlke Group. With us, you are moving at the forefront of digital innovation, and in your role particularly, you are vital in growing the mindset and behaviour needed to synergize human power with future technology.

As our Global Talent and Performance Management Lead, you are an instrumental driver and engaging partner to our Zuhlke leaders and talents to deeply ingrain our culture of inclusion, unfolding every Zuhlkee’s unique superpower and enabling sustainable customer and society value.

**Your task.**
- Own, shape and lead our group-wide performance management practice
- Partner with Business and HR Leaders to initiate, build and execute comprehensive Talent strategies which address multiple complex and diverse business imperatives.
- Partner with leaders to build up the organizational capability to accelerate future Talent readiness, with a focus on key talents, critical roles, profiles, and competencies
- Provide forward-looking thought leadership and steering on how to drive strategic, people centric performance and talent practices that address key talent gaps needed to accelerate strong talent pipelines, inspire leadership and strategic business impact
- Engage and partner with key stakeholders across the group to manage and orchestrate a smooth, ongoing performance practice as well as strategic talent portfolio reviews
- Define and report relevant talent metrics that will facilitate talent mobility and development, boost performance and strengthen our global talent pipeline
- Show curiosity to explore new trends and best practices in strategic Talent and Performance Management - leveraging the broader ecosystem - and transform those into practical, innovative Zuhlke realities
- Own and evolve our group-wide competency model which describes the behaviour and mindset of how we strive to work, collaborate, and create business impact, and ensure all our people practices (e.g., promotion, talent attraction & development, performance,...) are shaped to anchoring these core behaviours and attitudes deeply in our Zuhlke culture
- Be an engaged, proactive member of our global Learning & Development Team co-owning our joint opportunity to shape Zuhlke’s culture and talent agenda
- Act as a strategic, inspiring, and hands-on partner to Executive Teams, Leaders, People Business Partners and Zuhlke Talents in region Asia and across the group on the broad spectrum of Learning, Leadership and Social Competency Development, Personal Growth, Performance and Strategic Talent Management

**What you bring with you.**
- A Masters or Bachelor’s degree in business, HRM, Organization Development/Industrial Psychology or relevant disciplines
- 6-10 years of progressive experience in a sizable international (service, consulting) company -HR function with at least 5 years practical experience in strategic talent and performance management and organizational development
- Established track record in initiating and executing Performance Management practices and Talent strategies that deliver tangible short
- and long-term business impact
- Successful track record in demonstrating strategic and systemic thinking to develop concepts and solutions that address multiple, ambiguous, shifting business priorities
- Demonstrated ability to partner and positively influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization with diverging needs, as well as ability to operate well within a matrix structure
- Thorough knowledge of theories, concepts, and practices of strategic performance and talent management, organizational & people development, with a focus on latest best practices
- Experience in a fast pace & global matrixed environment with the ability to operate with a sense of urgency and a laser focus on results
