Singapore AYAN CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsiblities**:

- Ensure all site activities are conducted in accordance with current regulations and guidelines set by relevant building authorities and government agencies in Singapore.
- Execute duties under the direction and supervision of the appointed Qualified Person(s) for the assigned project, ensuring full compliance with their instructions and site directives.
- Supervise construction works to ensure compliance with project specifications, design intent, approved drawings, and site instructions issued by the supervising Qualified Person(s).
- Maintain strict quality control on all construction activities and materials used, performing necessary tests to verify compliance with standards.
- Review and interpret project drawings and specifications, promptly identifying and reporting any discrepancies or potential issues to the appointed Qualified Person(s) and relevant stakeholders.
- Attend project meetings with Qualified Person(s), consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate works and resolve site-related matters.Prepare and submit regular progress reports, highlighting construction status, quality observations, and any non-conformities or delays.

**Requirements**:

- Min Diploma or Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering.
- Accredited as a Resident Technical Officer (C&S) by the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) or Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES).
- Minimum 5 - 7 years of relevant experience as a Resident Technical Officer (RTO) in supervision of HDB, LTA and DSTA projects.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural, structural, and construction drawings and specifications.
- Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills to work effectively with consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
- Willing to work Rotating shift or Night Shift.
- Good team player with strong interpersonal and communications skills essential.
