HR Advisor

As HR Advisor, you will operate in a broad HR Advisor position within a highly collegiate and collaborative team.

This is an exciting opportunity if you are looking to step up into an advisory HR position within a corporate international environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accountable in delivering accurate, efficient, timely and standardized administration of employment lifecycle (including regulatory-related) transactions with strong employee experience focus.
- Ensure full compliance when processing employee transactions to local labour law requirements and organization's standards.
- Other responsibilities include but not limited to benefits administration, providing general advice to stakeholders, and attending inquiries from employee or teams in HR.
- Collaborate with the relevant HR Centres of Excellence and Regional HR teams to drive, execute and deliver end to end employee lifecycle activities
- Support regional HR projects to drive transformation and new strategic initiatives
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements, and assist in updating and implementing frameworks as needed.

**What you will need**:

- Degree or equivalent experience within Human Resources
- High level of communication skills both verbal and written is essential
- Strong relationship building and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to plan, drive and implement projects and initiatives
- Ability to work at pace with appropriate attention to detail and high standards
- Previous experience of SuccessFactors would be desirable

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
