As a Distribution Onboarding Executive, you will be responsible for managing the onboarding process and administrative lifecycle of all distribution intermediaries, including Income's tied representatives, Financial Advisers and General Insurance (GI) agents. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth setup, regulatory compliance, and system access provisioning across the various distribution channels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Onboarding
- Manage the onboarding of all distribution intermediaries such as Income's tied channel, Financial Adviser, Bancassurance & General Insurance (GI) agency
- Responsible for creation of intermediary's code, granting of sales authority, activation of various system access and registration of license with MAS and GIA
- Administer the movement of all distribution intermediaries
- Updating of intermediary's particulars
- Responsible for setting up of hierarchy for intermediary's compensation payment
- Support for other Distribution Support function such as:

- Monitor and administer Income's tied channel's CPF Medisave defaulter status
- Coordinate & administer GI license renewal for GI registered agents
- Provide administrative support such as billing for Income tied channel's name card, RNF registration & renewal fee, GI registration & renewal fee
- Liaise, manage and handle enquiries from internal & external stakeholders
- Regular review of process & update of standard operating procedure (SOP)
- System Enhancement & Projects:

- Provision of requirement, test plan & undertake User Acceptance Test (UAT)

Any other projects or tasks as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in insurance operations, onboarding, or agency administration preferred.
- Familiarity with MAS/GIA regulations and licensing requirements is an advantage.
- Strong administrative, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Meticulous, process-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
