Now that we're back to running live, in-person events again, we’re looking for up to 3 Conference Managers/Producers to join our Singapore team, with opportunities across a number of our events.

**Our Conference Managers curate the content of our events and secure the best speakers in the business. So what does the job look like?
You'll be be reading a lot, identifying trends and finding innovative leaders in the space your event covers. Then you’ll be inviting them to speak, so natural networkers and persuasive people, offline and online, are highly successful. And then you’ll be managing the content delivery at the event and seeing your hard work in action

When you start out, you may know very little about your event sector. That's no problem As part of this process you’ll become an “expert”, you’ll become highly connected and well respected in the industry. You’ll be on first name terms with the C-Suite of many of the region's leading players in your event space. And all in a very short time frame. Don’t panic, you’ll be supported, trained and guided through the whole process - the whole team is working towards the success of the event.

**In short, we're looking for someone who is**:

- Intellectually curious, persuasive and a natural networker
- Great at time management
- Organised and able to work both independently and as part of the broader project team
- A degree holder
- Good at research and enjoys identifying trends
- Up for a challenge

**NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. **If you've got the right outlook and the right attitude, we're happy to have a chat. If you've got some speaker recruitment experience or previous conference production experience, that's great, but it's not a pre-requisite.

**What's it like working with us?**

We have a great working environment with plenty of opportunities. We do lots as a team (pre-pandemic, and we will again post-COVID) and offer a mix of home and office working. And as we make the move back into physical events as we emerge from the pandemic, it’s an incredibly exciting time to join the team.
