**What the role is**
- As a Senior Application Analyst for Major Projects Implementation Branch in the Smart Operations Division, you will be driving the projects for Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI), which is a key initiative under the Smart PUB Roadmap which aims to transform PUB into a smart utility of the future.
This includes the engagement of stakeholders and management of ICT professionals to develop and maintain a portfolio of enterprise level solutions related to AMI, while ensuring compliance to governance and security standards.

**What you will be working on**
- Responsibilities
- Engage senior management and stakeholders to plan and conceptualise initiatives to replace PUB’s fleet of 1.6million water meters into smart meters
- Develop business case for projects related to AMI
- Lead and manage vendor teams to develop, deliver and maintain enterprise systems, on time, within budget, achieving project KPIs, and ensure compliance to industry best practices
- Lead AMI Customer Portal system maintenance, timely delivery of supporting services and to ensure compliance to Government policies and standards for proper security controls and risk mitigation for AMI Customer Portal
- Continuously engage operational and planning stakeholders to plan and execute changes to ICT systems, in alignment with PUB digital strategy

**What we are looking for**
- Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or engineering degree
- 4 years of ICT work experience

Preferred Requirements
- 5-7 years of ICT work experience, including at least 3 years in the delivery of enterprise level solution and management of project or vendor teams
- Working experience to deliver solutions based on metering solutions, customer portals will be an advantage
- Working experience in one or more projects delivered using Agile methodology or on Cloud. Microsoft Azure certification and/or Agile certification will be an advantage
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- CITPM or PMP certification preferred
