Job Description & Requirements As the Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in deriving and presenting cost estimates based on proposed solution architectures and client-specific requirements. Responsibilities Perform engineering requirements analysis. Provide required technical documentation: Design Documents (Preliminary, Final). Statement of Works for suppliers and external contractors. Input/output requirements for Interfaces Management. Input for specialty engineering: RAMS, EMC/EMI, Cyber-Security. Input for Installation Management. Assist the bid team to scope and cost engineering work packages. Work with contractors to produce costing and ensure timely delivery. Report and follow-up on KPIs for the sub-system. Participate in progress meetings. Analyze and address Problem Change Requests. Requirements Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or related discipline (essential). Demonstrated engineering competencies required for INCOSE CSEP (or equivalent, or ASEP) are highly desirable. Minimum of 5 years' experience in an Engineering role. Able to interpret technical scope from high-level requirements. Experience with Governmental and/or complex IT Projects. Good oral and written communication skills. Experience working on Software Security projects. Experience within a Systems Engineering lifecycle.
