**What you’ll do**
- Manage Cytiva EHS programs that includes site EHS communications (e.g. safety committee meetings & EHS performance reporting/management review), risk assessments, occupational safety, occupational health, environment, chemical, waste, biosafety and field services programs.
- Engaging managers and employees in the EHS processes.
- Conduct regular EHS inspections and audits to proactively identify issues and manage stakeholders to resolve the findings.
- Promote EHS incident and concern reporting, conduct event analysis and identify corrective actions; manage stakeholders to achieve timely closure of actions
- Manage emergency response plans and coordinate annual emergency drills.
- Administer EHS digital system online.
- Liaise with local government, local consultants and global teams on EHS compliance issues.
- Maintain current knowledge of Singapore EHS regulations and sustain compliance.
- Manage EHS service providers including training providers, safety officers, occupational health professionals, and EHS consultants and contractors.
- Setup inspection programs
- Setup laboratory operations risk assessment and SOP
- Review and update current risk assessments
- Coverage - ASEAN Commercial & Services, demo laboratory (Singapore), office, 3rd party vendor warehouse (Singapore)
- Drive continuous improvement of Cytiva EHS management system
- Monitor new and changing regulatory requirements
- Track and maintain EHS licenses Prepare and pitch EHS topics in Service meetings & ASEAN leadership meetings
- Review and respond to customer request for EHS program and risk assessment information
- Review and update risk assessment for services and lab
- Manage the field inspection, lab inspection, office inspection programs - track completion, quality of inspections, follow-up of findings
- Drive incident reporting and concern reporting, conduct incident investigations and corrective actions
- Review EHS data, trends and develop EHS plans
- Local administrator for EHS Digital Tool (Gensuite)
- Drive execution of safety programs, including LOTO / electrical safety, biosafety, material handling, motor vehicle safety
- Drive completion of EHS training, conduct classroom training where required
- Manage chemical handling and waste management in the laboratory
- Conduct quarterly emergency response drills
- Liaise with local government, local consultants and global teams on EHS compliance issues
- Work with service, commercial, operations, laboratory, logistics on EHS issues
