_**Core Responsibilities**:_
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining
personal networks; participating in professional organizations
- Enhance department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different
requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
- Responsible for working with the internal team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client
relationships
- Liaise between the customer and internal teams
- **The Person**:_
The Account manager is expected to have the following skills, knowledge, and abilities for productive
- **Performance on the job**:_
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in information technology, marketing, business, or other related fields
- Minimum 2 Working experience in IT sales or marketing role preferably, depending on nature of account
to be managed
- Familiarity with a number of IT field concepts, procedures, and practices
- Ability to plan and successfully accomplish company’s goals
- Possess latitude and creativity in handling customers’ accounts
- Ability to relate with customers, top management and junior staff members in the IT department and
across other departments of the client environment
- Ability to manage more than one account at the same time as dictated by the company’s requirements at any particular time
**Salary**: $5,800.00 - $7,800.00 per month
