Our Client is a manufacturer and trading company specializing in FA components. This role of Corporate Planning is to responsible for assistant of Managing Director to analyze and plan business strategy. You will be reporting to Department Head and Managing Director.

【What will you be working on】
- Build and sustain strong relationships with business decision makers and both internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in the development and management of company-wide direction and strategy in collaboration with management.
- Carry out financial analysis and other support where required, using good communication to assist relevant stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Support implementation and management of company-wide plans and projects in cooperation with business divisions and departments, assisting in problem-solving and analysis, ensuring alignment with company direction and strategy.
- Prepare internal and external reports to required parties on a regular/ad-hoc basis, including presentation materials for Board of Director meetings, ensuring strict compliance to all deadlines.

Requirement**:
【 What they are looking for 】
- Minimum Degree in Business related field
- Fluent in Japanese (JLPT1) as this role requires to to liaise with Japanese counterparts frequently
- More than 5years of experience in Corporate Planning or Strategy Planning field
- Global Trading firm experience will be a big advantage
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
- Management experience will be an advantage
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, able to analyze large amount of data quickly.
