**RESPONSIBILITIES**

FairPrice is currently hiring a dynamic and seasoned media professional to lead the Retail Media team under the Omni-channel COE organization.

The Omni-channel COE organization is responsible for delivering easy, innovative, personalized, and integrated experiences across all channels for our customers and driving sustainable growth for Fairprice Group. As the Head of Retail Media, you will be leading a team of highly motivated professionals to drive the growth of FairPrice Group’s retail media business through innovative media solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and implement a robust retail media strategy to drive revenue growth
- Work closely with senior leadership to align the retail media strategy with the overall business objectives of FairPrice Group
- Act as a strong advocate for the value and potential of retail media within the organization, educating and collaborating with other departments to increase awareness and get support for retail media objectives among internal stakeholders
- Media Solutions Development:

- Oversee the development of innovative media solutions that serve advertisers’ needs
- Collaborate with technology and data teams to develop a best-in-class retail media platform with fit-for-purpose reporting and analytics capabilities
- Ensure FairPrice Group media solutions compliment and enhance the Omnichannel shopping and dining experience for our customers
- Media Sales and Business Development:

- Establish and cultivate relationships with key advertisers and media partners
- Oversee the sales team to meet and exceed retail media targets
- Media Operations:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of Retail Media, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
- Establish and improve end-to-end processes, leveraging the latest technology innovation to drive automation
- Industry Engagement and Awareness:

- Represent FairPrice Group at industry events, forums, and the media to establish the company as a leader in the retail media space
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices in retail media and digital advertising
- Team Development and Management:

- Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of team excellence, innovation, and continuous learning

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- **7-10 years experience in retail media, digital marketing, or advertising role **, ideally in a leading e-commerce retailer and/or advertising/media agency, **with 3+ years in a leadership role**:

- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful media strategies
- Strong customer-centric and customer-success mindset
- Existing relationships within the media, advertising, and retail industries will be beneficial
- Proven track record in stakeholder management at multiple levels
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Expert knowledge of programmatic advertising and ad management tools
