Keyrus is an international consulting firm, specializing in the integration of data intelligence and Digital solutions. As part of Keyrus’ solution delivery, we are also in a position to recruit and place technical consultants to complement on existing client projects with their expertise. As such, we seek innovative and agile people to support ambitious and forthcoming technological challenges.

Our client is one of the world’s largest pharma group.

We are looking for a Senior IT Program and Project Manager with experience in Pharma/Healthcare or Consumer domain and experience with IT Applications projects (design and implementation). The role will be based out of Singapore.

**Responsabilities**
- Be the primary point of contact to oversee all aspects of the project.
- Responsible for overall execution of the project.
- Accountable for all facets of the project, including exec meetings, plans, coordinating between technical team and key stakeholders with no degradation of performance or service impact on a front-end customer portal.
- Responsible for coordinating implementation activities while providing effective leadership.
- Communicate key project milestones to internal and external stakeholders to ensure that projects are executed on time.
- Ensure adequate resources such as staffing, skill sets, tools to ensure the existing operations has the required capabilities to provide the best service performance to the business.
- Responsible for generating and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly reporting as required by the group management.
- Understand and discuss with the team, the requirements of the project
- Ensure that all activities under your responsibility are performed on schedule within quality standards
- Monitor the progress of the project and respect planning and budget
**Required Competencies**
- At least 10 years of total experience in Program and Project management
- At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager leading enterprise projects involving cross-functional team and multiple regions
- Experienced in managing projects involving remote teams and vendors
- Preferred having project management certification, such as PMP
