**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage a portfolio of clients that the firm is providing accounting, payroll, cash management, GST and other compliance services.
- Support the team of associates in the execution of work including and not restricted to the preparation of the clients’ accounts, preparation or review of clients’ quarterly GST returns, etc.
- Provide supervision guidance and training to a team of associates within the group.
- Ensure firm’s service standards and clients’ reporting deadlines are met.
- From time to time. undertake any other ad-hoc advisory assignments

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum Diploma in Accounting or its equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant experience with public accounting firms or in similar BPO environment.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Possess good knowledge of GST and FRS
- Possess working knowledge of Xero and MYOB software preferred
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking associates and clients)
