**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Review, risk identification, preparation of deviations/qualifications, drafting and negotiation of various comprehensive infrastructure project-related contracts (NDA, engineering service contract, EPC contract, procurement terms and conditions, MOU/JV/Consortium agreement with partners, license agreement, etc.)
- Troubleshooting, claims, and dispute resolution during project execution (Change orders/claim support for customers, handling bankruptcy and claims of subcontractors, equipment suppliers, etc., handling litigation and arbitration, etc.)
- Coordination with external law firms as and when required for the above-mentioned activities.
- Actively coordinate with the project team related to the contents of the EPC contract.
- Make periodic reports related to the contract to the project management department and contract department.

**Competencies / Preferred Skills**:

- At least 5 years of experience in the oil & gas or industrial & urban infrastructure industry (preferably, not owner side, but contractor side).
- At least 5 years of experience in legal department for contracting of various type of project-related contracts.
- Advanced communication and negotiation skills is required to communicate and negotiate with clients.
