This Assistant Analyst will be responsible for assisting senior analysts and PMs to conduct fundamental equity research:

- In-depth research of industry and company fundamentals
- Work with Senior Analyst and other colleagues to perform investment researches;
- Visit companies (both listed and private companies) to perform research and analysis;
- Build and maintain financial models and valuation models of investment targets;
- Help the CIO, PMs, and senior analysts coordinate various projects and perform follow-ups;
- Other work assigned by the management (E.g. attending investor meetings, etc.)

**Requirements**:

- Preference for experience (3-5years) and track record in stock research/ analysis/ recommendations.
- A passion for investing as well as demonstrated knowledge in basic financial analysis are essential.
- Have a strong record of academic and professional achievement, excellent communication skills.
- Required to make verbal presentations and prepare written reports in Chinese. Business level Chinese fluency is a must.
