Business Analyst

Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, developers, and testers, to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze and assess existing systems, processes, and data to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, including data models, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate and timely implementation of technical solutions.
- Perform data analysis using SQL to extract, manipulate, and transform data for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality and ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Provide support and guidance to end-users during system implementation and post-implementation phases.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to AML/KYC processes.
**Requirements**:
- 8-10+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong SQL skills, with the ability to write complex queries and perform data analysis.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, understanding Scrum methodologies and ceremonies.
- Solid understanding of AML/KYC processes and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
