In your new role you will:
Lead a group of senior/managers and senior engineers to drive management systems governance and improvement, competency development(technical ladder) and assessment and site level people engagement and communication. Work with cluster and central functions to:

- **Define and develop the training systematic & framework **for the shopfloor.
- Responsible for **new hire, re-certification **and multi-skill for flex workforce includes defining training & development programs. Governs OJTI TWI systematics, develop syllabus and document approval
- Responsible for **shopfloor new hire **on-boarding process,re-certification & expert operators and technicians workforce program design, development and conformance
- Accountable for **shopfloor system excellence design **and implementation including **lead a group of senior/managers **and **senior engineers **to drive **management systems governance **and improvement, **competency development(technical ladder) **and **assessment **and site level people engagement and communication and entry rules.Defining, driving and governing the overall systematic/ approach for the programs.
- Responsible for Green Line standards and governance
- Defin **e directions & strategy in shopfloor engineering systems **and governance including functional & system requirements for the organization, covering attire management, approved/allowable material/accessories & work procedures.
- Define **directions and strategy in setting up competency **and **job function framework **for operators and technicians
- **Manage the competency assessment **and development programs for operators, technicians and engineers in the segment, in terms of training, coaching/mentoring & on-job training
- **Organise technical ladder review, **expert seminars and symposiums
- Interface with close partnership with internal & external parties in related topics and appropriate representation of the segment including tertiary institutions and BE Academy,
- Manage and execute **site internal & external communications**
- Set up and ensure continuous run of all communication channels - infoscreen, iComm, AHMs (IFAP & TS), LinkedIn, eMag, Intranet
- Organize and facilitate management workshops to develop leadership &collaboration and deploy strategy
- Design and execute people engagement approach and framework including organization and running of events and activities to promote happy work culture

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- **Master or Bachelor **degree
- At leas **t 5 years’ **experience in **manufacturing environment **with experience in **leading teams **and **technical resources**:

- Work experience in **complex production site **with **good understanding of training framework, competency development, shopfloor system,manufacturing systems and communication framework**:

- Demonstrated **leadership **and ability in managing **staff groups **and **major projects **or **initiatives.**:

- Excellent **people management skills**:

- Collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done in **high complex structure**
