Investment Associate (Private Credit), Alternative Investment House

We seek a highly skilled and motivated Investment Associate with a minimum of 2 years' experience and robust financial modeling capabilities to bolster our Private Credit team. As an Investment Associate, you will be integral in scrutinizing and assessing investment opportunities within the private credit landscape, collaborating closely with senior team members to conduct thorough due diligence, financial modeling, and deliver informed investment recommendations.
- Perform detailed financial analysis and modeling of potential private credit investments.
- Conduct thorough industry and company research independently or in collaboration.
- Evaluate borrower creditworthiness and associated risks for investments.
- Support senior team members throughout deal transactions from origination to execution.
- Prepare internal briefings and investment memos, including presentations.
- Monitor live deal pipeline and stay updated on market trends for informed decisions.
- Conduct regular portfolio monitoring through management calls.
- Collaborate to identify new investment opportunities within the private credit market.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Economics) from a reputable institution with 1-3 years' experience in investment banking or corporate finance.
- Proficiency in Excel modeling and a solid understanding of the private debt market, with strong competence in credit analysis and risk assessment.
- Proficiency in another Southeast Asian language is advantageous.
