Our facility in Singapore has key functions in research and development, procurement, sales and finance for our Lighting and Detection business lines, in addition to key functions related to our Optics Manufacturing capabilities.
We are presently seeking a **Process Engineer / Senior Process Engineer** that will ensure continuity in support to deliver quality product and in time with right cost.
Main responsibilities:
- Support production in daily process engineering activities;
- Provide training for technicians on process and equipment related knowledge;
- Establish and maintain process documentation including Work Instructions, SOPs, PFMEA, Process Control Plans and Process Routing;
- CIP (Continuously Improve Process) to improve yield, cost saving and safety;
- Conducting research to develop new and improved processes for manufacturing;
- Conducting tests and monitoring the process performance throughout production;
- Assists and resources manufacturing troubleshooting and root cause analysis;
- Support Advanced Manufacturing in implementing automation solution;
- May perform other projects or assignments as required.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or science;
- Minimum 2 years in manufacturing environment;
- Optics and Automation experience will be added advantage;
- Autocad, Solidworks, Problem solving, Data analysis;
- Teamwork and organization skill;
- Occasional travel is required.
