**Receptionist Job Responsibilities and Duties**:
They will log helpdesk calls for contractor faults and required improvements and be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls including distribution of any messages.
He/she will also assist in general administrative activities and any other duties as assigned by Facilities Management team.
Welcomes visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
Receives packages/documents from courier or mail services; sorts and hands over item(s) to recipients.
Arranges courier services to pick-up outgoing document/parcels/mails.
Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation.
Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures and regulations. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Assists on office administrative function; support event-organizing, purchase of stationary items.

Telephone Skills, Verbal Communication, Microsoft Office Skills, Listening, Professionalism, Customer Focus, Organization, Informing Others, Basic office management skills.
