Office Administrator

a) Handle accounting for company.
b) Data entry of accounting transactions for invoices, payments and petty cash.
c) Prepare purchase order, tracking and recording of inventory.
d) Costing proposal development and preparation.
e) Personal assistance to Directors.
f) Ensure all proposals are presented on time.
g) Request for Vendors/Contractors/Suppliers quotation as required.
h) Ensures that project schedule and budget are adhere to.
i) Communicate with various level of people spanning from customer, the engineering team, Company Management, Contractors up to vendors.
j) Issuance of Tax invoice as per required.for each assigned project.
k) Assisting in tendering new projects cost estimation.
l) Others ad hoc duties required by Superior
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week
**Salary**: $1,200.00 - $2,000.00 per month
