**工作内容：**

1. 应对客户咨询，及时准确回答客户问题，为客户提供服务；

2. 负责受理网站工单系统，及时准确的回复客户提交的问题；

3. 负责拨打预约回电，受理客户问题；

4. 负责受理客户投诉，收集用户反馈建议，将各类的投诉报告给相关负责人；

5. 负责受理站内和站外委托系统，完成委托交易工作；

6. 根据公司要求联系客户，跟进用户消费进行分析跟回访，做好归档总结和反馈；

7. 参加规定的培训，提高服务水平；

8. 回访新用户，并做好回访的信息备注。

**岗位要求：**

1、专科或本科学历

2、具备良好的中英文语言能力以及良好的表达沟通能力

3、有良好的客户服务意识

4、有责任心、有较强的工作积极主动性和团队协作精神，性格开朗、热情

**Salary**: From $2,800.00 per month
