**Job Summary**
The role will be part of the MMS Human Resources Team administratively to ensure compliance with the Employment Act and best practices.
- Assisting with payroll and mobility, providing HR support in talent management and development, retention, compensation and benefits policies, and performance management.
- Perform statistical analysis by operating the HRMS system.
- Administration tasks such as managing company insurance, IT and mobile equipment, facilities management, vehicles, and name cards. Responsible for managing relationships with headquarters in Japan and other expatriates.
**Requirements**:
- A Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity. Good generalist HR background.
- Fluentcy in Japanese is required, to manage Japanese stakeholders that can only communicate in Japanese
